From the Council of Education of the City council of Guardamar, we assume that Education is one of the pillars of our society. We firmly believe , that to invest in education is to invest in the future of our young people and in our town .

Our measures in this subject support a public education of quality, collaborating with students´ parents´ associations, and with the educative centers.
The objective of this work is for guys, young people, and their human, physical, psychic and emotional formation . It is necessary that young people know and love their surroundings, and get prepared to project the best thing of themselves in the professional and social life when they become adult people. We want to harness the participation of parents in the formation of children, as well as, to favor the professional and enriching work of the educational equipment of the different educative centers.

In addition we want to increase and to improve the complementary supply in the school, with courses and activities for holidays, cultural excursions, camping, creative factories, etc.

We shall hilight a very imporatant subject that is Education for Adult People,where you can get the certificate for Complusory Secundary Education ( from 18 and on ) ,besides of attending diferent courses such as:Spanish for foreign people,English,German,Computing,all of them in different levels.There are also courses for people who are beginners in writing and reading ( Spanish and foreigners ).For more information ask at Casa de la Cultura ( Culture House ) .
