In the Spanish Constitution two basic principles are gathered ,they are: autonomy and financial sufficiency of the Local Organizations.

The Local Properties must have sufficient means to the performance of the functions and they will be nourished fundamentally of own tributes and participation in those of the State and the Independent Communities .

The fiscal Decrees are the instruments through which the City councils implant and demand those tributes that previously have been established by the Law, therefore, we are before a tributary power that in the case of the Local Organizations is derived .

The Local Organizations will have to decide the imposition and suppression of their own tributes, and to approve corresponding Decrees Fiscal. In addition, the Local Organizations will have autonomy to establish and to demand tributes.

Thanks to the contributions of neighbors can be carried out projects to improve our municipality and the services that are managed from the City council.
